Strawberry Chipotle Pulled Pork Sammy

Ingredients:
8 to 10 oz of pulled pork shoulder
2 buns
Spicy dill pickle chips, mayo, red onion, olive oil to toast the buns and bbq sauce
Louisiana Pepper Exchange Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Directions:
Toast the buns in the pan with mayo.
Remove from the pan and add the pork with a bit of oil.
You can add a few tbsp of stock to make it juicy.
Add bbq sauce to taste and allow to heat through.
Pile the meat onto the buns with an extra drizzle of sauce and spicy pickle chips.
*Onions are optional but we suggest red onions to pair with the sweetness of the sauce.
