Red snapper or desired fish
Boudreaux's Fire and Smoke seasoning
Small purple cabbage
1 ripe mango
3/4 cup mayo
1/3 cup mixed citrus juice (such as lime, blood orange, and tangerine)
1 tsp Red Limo Pepper Purée
1 tsp honey
