Ingredients:

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Louisiana Pepper Exchange's pepper purees (adjust for desired spice level)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges for garnish
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine Louisiana Pepper Exchange's pepper purees, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a zesty marinade.

2. Marinate the Shrimp:
Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the shrimp, ensuring they are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

3. Cook the Shrimp (Grill or Sauté):
- Grill Method: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers if using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water first to prevent burning. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and slightly charred.
- Sauté Method: Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.

4. Serve:
Transfer the cooked Cajun Pepper Shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges for a citrusy kick and chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness.

5. Enjoy:
