Ghost Pepper Wings

Ghost Pepper Wings
Ingredients:
For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed and drumettes separated
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Ghost Pepper Sauce:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1-2 teaspoon Ghost Pepper Pepper Puree (adjust to your heat level)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Optional:
Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Celery and carrot sticks for serving

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Prepare Wings: Toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake: Bake the wings for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and crispy.

Make the Sauce: While the wings are baking, prepare the ghost pepper sauce. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, hot sauce, ghost pepper puree, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.

Toss the Wings: Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the ghost pepper sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Serve: Serve the wings immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery and carrot sticks, if desired.

Optional: For extra crispiness, you can place the sauced wings back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
