Ghost Pepper Salsa

Ghost Pepper Salsa
4-5 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon Ghost Pepper Pepper Puree (adjust to your heat level)
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
Prepare Ingredients: Dice the tomatoes, finely chop the red onion, and mince the garlic.

Combine: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, minced garlic, and lime juice.

Add Heat: Add the fresh ghost pepper puree to the mixture. Remember, ghost peppers are extremely spicy, so add cautiously.

Add Freshness: Stir in the chopped cilantro.

Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Optional: For a richer flavor, you can add a teaspoon of olive oil.

Taste and Adjust: Give the salsa a taste test and adjust the seasoning or spice level as needed.

Chill: For best results, cover the bowl and let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, or as a topping for grilled meats.

Enjoy your Ghost Pepper Salsa!
