Ghost Pepper Guacamole
3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoons Ghost Pepper Pepper Puree (adjust to your heat level)
Prepare Avocados: In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados using a fork or a potato masher until you reach your desired consistency.

Add Flavor: Add the finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, and lime juice to the mashed avocados. Mix well.

Spice It Up: Carefully add the ghost pepper flakes or fresh ghost pepper. Remember, ghost peppers are extremely spicy, so add cautiously.

Add Freshness: Stir in the diced tomato and chopped cilantro.

Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Taste and Adjust: Give the guacamole a taste test and adjust the seasoning or spice level as needed.

Serve: Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Optional: For an extra layer of flavor, you can also add a drizzle of olive oil or a splash of tequila.
