Spicy Cayenne Beef Stir-Fry

Spicy Cayenne Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:

- 1 lb beef steak (such as sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Puree
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell or red pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and Cayenne Puree. Add the sliced beef steak to the mixture and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add the marinated beef steak to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

6. Serve the spicy Cayenne beef stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
