• Pizza dough of choice
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• Smoked salmon
• Large yellow onion, caramelized
• Small red onion, diced
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 jar capers
• Flat leaf parsley, chopped
• Balsamic vinegar, reduced to a syrup texture
• 1 tbsp Louisiana Pepper Exchange Orange Habanero Pepper Puree
1. Combine the Louisiana Pepper Exchange Orange Habanero Pepper Puree and cream
cheese and mix well.
2. Spread generously over pizza dough.
3. Add salmon, caramelized onions, diced red onions and capers.
4. Cook according to dough instructions.
5. Remove from heat and add parsley, lemon zest, and balsamic drizzle.
