Spicy Cayenne Pepper Gin Martini

Spicy Cayenne Pepper Gin Martini
• 2 fl. oz infused Gin
• 4 fl. oz lemonade
• ½ tsp Louisiana Pepper Exchange Cayenne Pepper Puree

1. Combine 750ml of preferred gin (we like Hendrix) and approximately ¼ to ½ lb. of fresh
basil. Allow to infused overnight in refrigerator.
2. Strain out basil leaves.
3. Follow recipe above and serve on ice in cocktail glass or shaken with ice and served up in
martini glass.
