Traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour, but with a spicy twist. If a spicy margarita and a pisco sour had a baby, this would be it.
6 OZ Pisco (or Tequila)
2 OZ Honey water (2 pts honey/1pt water)
1 Egg white
1 TSP Aji Amarillo Pepper Puree (to taste)
Juice from 1 lime
Ice for the shaker
A traditional peruvian pisco sour has bitters. we have swapped our the bitters with the pepper pure for a spicier punch. If a spicy margarita and a pisco sour had a baby, this would be it.
Combine all the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds. Strain into a glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
