We're Pepper People. Peppers Are Our Passion.

Our purpose is to produce the highest quality pepper ingredients for industrial food manufacturers, restaurants and home kitchens.

Louisiana Pepper Exchange was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in March 2010. Now in New Orleans, LPE is a vertically integrated company that specializes in providing pepper mash, pepper purees, and pepper powder to kitchens, co-packers and sauce makers worldwide. Our dedication to the pepper industry makes us a leader in purchasing, shipping, and producing pepper mash and pepper puree for our clients.

We are a one-stop-shop for all of your pepper needs. From shipping and logistics to product engineering, we are focused on all things pepper.

The diversity of suppliers in different regions of the world allows LPE to inventory a variety of peppers with varying characteristics often determined by the climate where they are grown. Because we bulk ship so many types of peppers, our cost efficiencies are passed along to our clients. Our distribution center is strategically located in New Orleans, Louisiana, ensuring on time delivery and consistent voice on the other end of the line when needed.

And we're proudly Vet-owned and operated.
