INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups thin-sliced purple cabbage
  • 4 cups thin-sliced green cabbage
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup green onion, 1/8” slices
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp Louisiana Pepper Exchange Green Jalapeno Puree

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toss all dry ingredients in a large bowl until evenly distributed.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients until smooth and incorporated.
  3. Pour wet mixture over dry and toss until evenly coated.
