1. In a shaker, combine ice, tequila, and Louisiana Pepper Exchange Jalapeño Pepper Puree.
  2. Shake well to release the pepper flavor into the tequila.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well.
  4. Fill a salt-rimmed margarita glass halfway full with ice and strain cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime.
