Strawberry Chipotle Pulled Pork Sliders

Tender, juicy pulled pork tossed in sweet heat BBQ sauce and piled high on soft slider buns—party-ready and effortless.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups cooked pulled pork (leftover, store-bought, or homemade)

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Louisiana Pepper Exchange Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce (to taste)

  • Slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

  • 1 cup coleslaw mix (bagged is great)

  • 2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the Pork:
    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pulled pork with Strawberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Stir until heated through and coated. Add more sauce if you like it extra saucy.

  2. Make the Slaw (Optional but recommended):
     In a small bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with mayo, vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Chill while the pork heats up.

  3. Build the Sliders:
     Lightly toast slider buns if desired. Pile each bun with a generous scoop of BBQ pulled pork and top with a spoonful of slaw.

  4. Serve & Enjoy:
    Serve warm with extra sauce on the side and plenty of napkins!

Serve With:

BBQ chips, watermelon wedges, or grilled corn.
